Terms and Conditions

I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason. If the commission is not working out a full refund will be given within a timely manner. Payment is taken through Paypal using invoices. Due to changes in Paypal's policies I will request full payment for all commissions up front. However, I am willing to talk about pricing and payment to make it more affordable if necessary!

Previews of the work will be provided to ensure satisfaction, but will come in the form of screenshots with my watermark included. Finished works will also include my signature and should not be removed. I request references of your ideas such as: quick doodles, photo mashups, detailed description, and/or photos. These are required so that I can understand exactly what you want. This will make it easier for me to create a commission that you will be satisfied with and reduce chances of miscommunication.

When the piece is finished it will be sent to you as its full size. I would prefer to send the file(s) to you either through dropbox, email, or discord to maintain quality. You are welcome to use the finished commission as an icon, banner, background, on toyhou.se, etc. as long as you do not remove my signature and put credit somewhere. I will most likely ask your permission to post the commission to my social media, and also ask to tag you in the post. Feel free to decline either requests.

Prices listed are for single character pieces. Drawings with more than one character will increase in price by 10USD from the base price for every character added with a limit of 4 additional characters (5 drawn figures in total.) A complex background will increase the price by 20USD from the base price. If this is confusing or you do not see something specific listed please message me and I am more than willing to talk to you about prices or content you would like to see!

Time frames for more simple pieces will most likely be between a few days and a week, while more complex pieces may take longer. If I am unable to finish a piece within the timeframe I will let you know and we can work out either a refund or new schedule.
Remember, you are paying for my time, skill, and energy for this art and unfortunately personal matters may arise that make it difficult for me to complete commissions in a timely manner.

Will Do:

Backgrounds:

I won't charge for a simplified background with multiple colors and/or cute embellishments like stars
detailed backgrounds will be an additional 20USD to the base price
reference photos will be required for a detailed background

Won't Do:

illegal or immoral fetishes: pedophilia, incest, rape
bigoted, racist, or offensive symbols
age play
I reserve the right to refuse a commission if I disagree or feel uncomfortable with the content

Extras:

an additional 10USD will be added to the base price for every extra character requested
commissions are limited to 5 characters per piece, including the base character
references will be required for each character and their desired pose

BASIC LINEART

basic lineart is as it sounds:
the black outline of a character post-sketching. there are two options with my lineart:
option one being a clean version with little to no construction lines and neat definition to the character.
option two is a more sketchy version with looser lines and more construction lines included.

Bust:
15USD, paid in one intallment up front.
A clean, detailed black and white drawing.
no coloring, no shading.

Waist Up:
20USD, paid in one installment up front.
a clean, detailed black and white drawing from the waist up.
no coloring, no shading.

Full Body:
25USD, paid in one installment up front.
a clean, detailed black and white drawing of an entire figure.
no coloring, no shading.

full color

fully colored and lined artwork.
the coloring is usually cell shaded with very little rendering except to different aspects of the piece.
fully rendered pieces will take longer and require specific lighting and photo references for it.

Bust:
20USD, paid up front in one installment:
a detailed colored drawing with clean lineart from shoulders up
specify full rendering or regular cell shading

Half Body:
30USD, paid up front in one installment:
a detailed colored drawing with clean lineart from the waist up
specify full rendering or regular cell shading

Full Body:
40USD, paid up front in one installment:
a detailed colored drawing of an entire figure with clean lineart
specify full rendering or regular cell shading
